Step 1: Be at least 21 years old. Obtain an examination permit, pass a written test and an eye exam, and practice drive under supervision for minimum three months.

Step 2:Probationary (with restrictions) license, at age 21 and three months minimum after completing minimum of 3 months supervised driving with validated permit.

Step 3: Full basic (no restrictions) license, after having probationary license for one year.
