T&J's SmokeHouse is home to Brisket, Put-in-Bay's only mechanical bull. Located out near the Hitching Post, riders can try their luck at hanging on for 8 seconds or more, before they are ultimately bucked off. Come watch your friends and family attempt to tame this beast! Brisket is open daily in the summer to any rider over 18. All riders must sign a waiver.
