Registration
Everyone must register upon arrival. All
vehicles must have car passes clearly
visible in the front window. Only one
vehicle per site. You must make special
arrangements for extra vehicles at the
office
Pets
Pets are welcome and we ask that you follow
all the pet rules.
Pets must be on a leash at all
times.
Pets are not allowed in the pool
area, laundry, restrooms, playground,
nor in the office building.
Only adults may walk dogs.
Please do not walk pets on other
sites.
Please make sure that you clean
up after your pet.
Some dog breeds are not allowed.
Check with the office to be sure.
We understand that your pet is part
of your family, however, barking or
disruptive pets cannot be tolerated.
Campers who disregard the rules or those
with disruptive pets will be asked to
leave.

Noise
No loud music at any time. Please keep noise
to a minimum.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am. No
loud talking, radios, TVs or noise during
these hours.
Bicycles
Bicycles must obey the speed limit and riders
must be courteous. Bicycle helmets must be
worn at all times when riding bicycles at
the fort. No bike riding after dark.
Trees
Please do not cut or break down trees for
wood. Please respect our property. Campfire
wood may be purchased at the store.
Please do not tie pets to trees.
Campfires
Never leave a campfire unattended with someone
under the age of 18. Do not move fire rings
from their spots. Do not put garbage in the
fire rings. Please follow all campfire rules
posted at the office. NEW HAMPSHIRE DOES NOT ALLOW OUT OF STATE FIREWOOD! We do sell firewood for your convenience.
Children
Children under the age of 18
should never be left unattended.
Parents are responsible for the actions,
behavior and safety of their children.
Parents are responsible for destruction
of property by their children.
Parents are responsible for the whereabouts
of their children.
Children are to have adult supervision.
Trash
Please help us keep the campground
clean.
Please place tied bags in front of your site between the hours of 8am-10am and 4pm-5pm for Fort Jefferson staff to pick up. All other times please bring trash to cans on the side of the campground store.
Pool
No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk.
Please observe posted rules.
Visitors
The facilities are for the use of the
registered campers or registered guest.
Any guest using the facilities or staying
overnight will be charged accordingly.
Campers are responsible for their guest
and must make sure they checked in at the
office.
All guests must register at the office
and must leave by 10pm.
All vehicles belonging to a guest must show a guest sign in the front window at all times and park at the front parking lot.
Alcohol
No alcohol in the public areas of the campground.
Additional Rules
State law prohibits the draining of
sewer/sink water onto campsites. Please connect
your hose with a rubber donut.
No clotheslines.
Only one RV and tow vehicle per site.
Only one tent per tent site.
No washing of vehicles allowed.
The name on the check in slip is responsible
for the people staying at their site. The
name on the check in slip is responsible for
damage to the property.
Please obey all signs in the campground.
Failure to observe our rules will result
in forfeiture of your rights as a guest and
will result in eviction.
The management and owners are not responsible
for damage to motor vehicles, camping units
or personal property.
The management does not assume responsibility
nor is it responsible for accidents, injuries
to guest, fire, theft or loss of valuables.
No refunds.
Check out time is 12 Noon.
Any suggestions may be given at the
office.
